The Lower Rio Grande Valley TPDES Stormwater Management Task Force is a joint program between the Research, Applied, Technology, Education and Service (R.A.T.E.S.) and various municipalities all across the Rio Grande Valley to educate and improve how cities and civil engineers plan for stormwater management.

“We’ve been having some issues with the Economic Development Corporation so I will be making appointments to replace the old board-if there was any,” La Joya Mayor Isidro Casanova said during the meeting.

The bodies were lying in the streets un-buried. All railroads and vessels carrying food and such things into the great city had ceased runnings and mobs of the hungry poor pillaging.
